Plano sits in the same North Texas hail corridor as the rest of Collin and Denton County, and its size means storm damage can hit older and newer roofs very differently. Many homes in established neighborhoods like Old Plano and Willow Bend are now decades past their original roof install, which raises the odds that storm damage becomes the trigger for a full replacement rather than a simple repair.
1. Free roof inspection, evaluating shingles, flashing, vents, gutters, and soft metals
2. Damage documentation, photographed and itemized for insurance purposes
3. Insurance claim support, SPC can meet with the adjuster and provide construction-side documentation
4. Material selection, comparing architectural shingles, Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, metal, and tile or synthetic slate
5. Installation and final inspection
Plano's mix of 1970s-90s traditional homes and newer West Plano and Legacy-area construction means no single roofing material fits every property. SPC installs:
- Asphalt and Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, a common re-roofing choice for Plano's older established neighborhoods
- Standing-seam and architectural metal roofing, increasingly common on newer Plano builds
- Tile and synthetic slate roofing, including DaVinci synthetic slate and shake
SPC also handles gutter replacement, roof ventilation, and roof care and maintenance for Plano homes and businesses, and installs commercial roofing systems for offices and other properties in the Legacy West corridor.
SPC serves homeowners and businesses throughout Plano, including Old Plano, Lakeside, Castlemere, Willow Bend, Deerfield, West Plano, Legacy West, Prestonwood, and Star Creek. SPC also serves neighboring Frisco and Allen.
