SPC installs asphalt shingles, including Class 4 impact-resistant options, a common and affordable choice with a service life generally in the 20-30 year range depending on the product. SPC also installs standing-seam and architectural metal roofing, which typically lasts 40-70 years with proper maintenance, and tile and synthetic slate roofing, including DaVinci synthetic slate and shake, which can last 50 years or more.
For commercial properties, SPC installs TPO roofing, a reflective thermoplastic membrane, and PVC roofing, a similar membrane with better resistance to oils and grease. SPC also installs flat metal roofing for commercial buildings.
Many roof replacements follow hail or wind damage. SPC provides storm restoration services, including free damage assessments, and can help create a quote based on an insurance company's assessment. SPC does not act as a public adjuster and does not determine coverage.
How do I know if I need a roof replacement instead of a repair?
A free inspection can determine whether a roof's remaining damage or age warrants a full replacement or whether a repair is sufficient. Roofs installed more than 20-25 years ago are often past their expected service life.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roof replacements are completed in one to a few days, depending on roof size, pitch, material, and weather. Commercial roof replacements vary more widely based on the building's size and roofing system.
